Who can enter?
Categories are open to franchise brands and to franchisees, agencies, and service providers entering on their behalf.
Franchisees, agencies, and service providers must ensure they have permission and prior approval from the franchisor they are entering. (When entries are submitted on behalf of franchisors by franchisees, suppliers, or other parties, franchisor sign-off is assumed.)
Entries can be made independently by the franchisor, or jointly as franchisor/franchisee or franchisor/supplier.
To qualify, entries must have been launched in calendar year 2024 or 2025.
Entries must be made using the online entry template. Entries will not be accepted by any other means.
Please ensure that the information submitted is accurate and the correct companies and people are credited as appropriate. We accept no responsibility for incorrectly submitted information.
Confidentiality
We will never use content marked CONFIDENTAL from your entry for editorial coverage, or as an example of best practices. Please mark any commercially sensitive material in your entry and indicate clearly any information that cannot be published.
Judging
The judges reserve the right to move submitted entries into the appropriate category.
The judges also reserve the right to remove categories where entries do not meet the standard for nomination. (These entries will not be refunded.)
The decisions of the judges are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding them.
